Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

- Validity: All vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, with the exception of any specific special gift voucher promotions which will state their own expiry date.

- Booking: All bookings must be made in advance and must be made directly with our reception team. Please contact us via email at info@thaisquarespa.com or call us on +44 20 7839 7990.

- Proof of Voucher: You must present your physical or electronic gift voucher to the reception team on the day you attend your appointment. Photocopies will not be accepted.

- Availability: All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking well in advance, especially for weekend appointments.

- Cancellations & Amendments: Any cancellations or amendments to your appointment must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide this notice will result in the full service rate being charged or the value of the gift voucher/deposit becoming non-refundable.

- Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the intended recipient or the person redeeming the voucher as per the initial purchase.

- Exclusions: Vouchers cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other offers, spa packages, or discounts.
