Terms & Condition

This page gives you information about us and the terms and conditions (Sale Terms) on which we sell any of the treatments, products and vouchers listed on our website (site) to you.

These Sale Terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of Vouchers, Products and/or treatments to you. Please read these Sale Terms thoroughly and ensure that you comprehend them, prior to order and/or book any Vouchers, Products and/or treatments from our venue and /or website. Occasionally we may change these Sale Terms. On every occasion when you wish to order Vouchers, Products, and/or treatments please check these Terms to make sure that you understand the terms which will apply at that time.
Spa services
To secure a booking, all the bookings have to be pre-paid in full in advance.
Cancellations / Late Arrivals
As a courtesy to all spa guests, cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the full service rate being charged. If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. We will reschedule your appointment if possible. If we are not able to reschedule your appointment, your arrival time will determine the length of your treatments, which will end as originally scheduled.
Spa Scheduling
To ensure you get the most out of your treatment, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your first appointment. This will give you an opportunity to familiarize yourself with our facilities. Please be aware that arriving late for your appointment may result in a shorter treatment time, and unfortunately, we cannot reduce the price in such cases. Our treatment durations include consultation and aftercare advice.
Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as staff sickness, may require us to reschedule spa treatments. We will do our best to accommodate you during your visit, but if this is not possible, we reserve the right to offer an alternative treatment of equal value.
Group Booking:
Bookings made for several clients or several appointments will also require a full payment for everyone in the group as well. If you wish to cancel your booking we require at least 2 weeks’ notice or no refund will be given.
Health Notifications:
In order to prevent booking disappointments, before booking any appointments or prepaying for any payments, clients should be reminded that there are some considerations that people need to take into account before having some treatments. These health conditions could cause you not being able to have treatments.
This includes as follows:

* Pregnancy: Pregnant women need to be cautious with massages. If there is any doubt women should err on the side of caution.
* Recent Surgery: Massage is not recommended for people who have recently undergone surgery within six months.

In order for the proper course of treatment to be suggested, kindly let our staff know if you are pregnant or have any other unique medical concerns. Due to failure to disclose medical issues at the time of booking, Thai Square Spa cannot be held liable for any modifications to treatments or cancellations that result.
Locker Policy :
Lockers are available for our guests to safely store their belongings during their visit. Please remember to remove all your belongings from the lockers and the pockets of your gown at the end of your visit. It’s your responsibility to ensure nothing is left behind.
Gift Vouchers are ideal for any occasion and can be personalised and sent on your behalf.
Gift Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any special offers and are not applicable with any product purchases. If you would like to change the treatment that your gift voucher has been purchased for we will try to accommodate you.
Gift Vouchers are not refundable.
All gift vouchers must be redeemed on or before their expiry date.
Membership are not valid for Saturday and Sunday booking.
All Gift vouchers have an expiration date clearly printed on the front of the voucher (second line from bottom). This expiry date is set and once expired cannot be altered or redeemed. Standard Gift Vouchers expire after 6 months. Please check your Voucher!
Booking with Gift Vouchers:
Appointments cannot be guaranteed without adequate notice. During busy periods it may take up to four weeks to find an appointment space so please be mindful and book in advance to avoid disappointment. If an appointment cannot be found before the expiration date and inadequate notice has been given, then the voucher will be void. If you are experiencing difficulties in using your voucher within the expiry date then please contact us before your gift voucher expires. In genuine circumstances such as illness or pregnancy we may extend your gift voucher for you. Each case will be assessed accordingly, an extension is not guaranteed.
