GENERAL POLICY

We invite you to kindly silence all mobile devices upon arrival to preserve the collective peace.
A 50% deposit or full prepayment is required at the time of booking to confirm any spa treatments and packages.

ARRIVAL

We recommend arrival 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow ample time for changing and preparation. To ensure a seamless experience, all necessary spa garments including Thai pyjamas and slippers will be provided.

LATE ARRIVAL

If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. We will reschedule your appointment if possible. If we are unable to reschedule, your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment, which will still end at the originally scheduled time.

CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made outside of this window will incur the full service rate or the forfeiture of your deposit. ‍

Group Bookings (4 or more guests)
A 7-day notice is required prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations or changes made less than 7 days will result in the 50% deposit becoming non-refundable, with the full service rate applied to any modifications made within 48 hours.

AGE REQUIREMENT

‍The minimum age requirement for access to the spa is 16. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

We cannot guarantee the prevention of theft or damage to your property while using the lockers, and are not held liable for any thefts unless they result from our negligence.
