A 50% deposit or full prepayment is required at the time of booking to confirm any spa treatments and packages.
ARRIVAL
We recommend arrival 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow ample time for changing and preparation. To ensure a seamless experience, all necessary spa garments including Thai pyjamas and slippers will be provided.
LATE ARRIVAL
CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS
Group Bookings (4 or more guests)
A 7-day notice is required prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations or changes made less than 7 days will result in the 50% deposit becoming non-refundable, with the full service rate applied to any modifications made within 48 hours.
